Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted once it has been confirmed for dispatch. We may contact you to verify cash-on-delivery details and may cancel orders we cannot verify or fulfil.

Products and pricing

We aim to present products, colours, measurements, availability and prices accurately. Screens can display colours differently, and minor garment variations may occur. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Payment and delivery

Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout. Delivery timing is an estimate and can be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather and the delivery location.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Exchanges are handled under our Delivery & Exchanges policy.

Website use

Khayaal branding, product photography, text and website content may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit false information.
