Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery is charged at Rs. 250, while orders of Rs. 7,000 or more receive complimentary delivery. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation.
Exchanges
Exchange requests should be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is different from your order, contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs. Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
