Information we collect

When you place an order, contact us or join our mailing list, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and the message you send us.

How we use it

We use this information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse, improve the store and send updates you requested. We do not sell customer information.

The website uses essential session cookies to keep your shopping bag, secure forms and admin access working. These cookies are necessary for the store to function.

Retention and security

We retain order and support records for operational, accounting and legal needs. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no internet service can promise absolute security.
